During our stay at Ostello San Filippo Neri, we were pleasantly surprised by the prime location of the hostel. It was just a stone's throw away from the station and the bustling city center, making it extremely convenient for exploring Modena. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome, providing excellent customer service. The three-bed dorms were spacious and comfortable, allowing us to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

The garden was also a fantastic feature, especially when it was warm outside. We were all amazed by how well-maintained it was, and the books available were so interesting to read. The staff were so lovely and accommodating, they helped us find a fantastic local pizza place.

We did not think the breakfast was great since there was not much variety, hardly any veggies, fruit or meat available. Despite fans being present, two of us found it to be excessively hot inside no matter the airflow.
